Allow your mind to wander and your brain to ponder for a brief moment.

Quickly get to your feet – sleeping is the last thing you need tonight.

Get to work.

Do something truly important to you- that which really…really needs your attention.

Perhaps sleep will creep in to hinder you from doing that which is really important to you.

Once again hit the bed.

Back in 2013, my love for teaching young learners propelled me into picking teaching as a career. I taught English, Maths and Science in the United Arab Emirates where I lived for ten years. Right now, I live in Coal City, a beautiful hilly area of my country Nigeria.

  1. There was a time I suffered from insomnia. I’m happy it’s gone now. Nowadays when I can’t sleep, I start counting numbers or way a movieπŸ˜‚. It really works for me
