When no position works, throw the pillows at the wall and listen to the noises around you magnified by silence.
Allow your mind to wander and your brain to ponder for a brief moment.
Quickly get to your feet – sleeping is the last thing you need tonight.
Get to work.
Do something truly important to you- that which really…really needs your attention.
Perhaps sleep will creep in to hinder you from doing that which is really important to you.
Once again hit the bed.
