Poem | Tanka #1

Awesome arts of man

will ever get the bang

from nature’s grandeur.

The glowing gaps of ageless span,

remains the queen of splendor.

Nature’s obligation;

to keep man healthy and glad.

But the offer of life

Goes into his invention,

Pushing nature to a grim niche.

Nature grows weaker

By man’s sophistication.

Hushed value draws

a million years worth of price,

from weaker nature of man.
